Three words, one way of working

MAK Works is a small, independent practice for service delivery in the age of AI. Built on a decade in management, solution and enterprise architecture, it makes practical tools for the problems delivery teams run into every week, such as status reports nobody trusts or handoffs that lose detail between design and build. It also tests AI-augmented ways of working in practice, to find out which delivery work AI improves and which it makes worse. It’s a place to experiment, learn in the open and keep what holds up.
